OOT = Out Of Translation. Our dossier has been translated from English into Chinese. All materials submitted to the CCCWA (China Center for Children’s Welfare and Adoption) must have a certified Mandarin Chinese translation. I got the news today that ours has been translated! Our dossier now goes to the Review room where it will be matched up with Patrick's file. Yay for progress!
