Next, your agency will deliver the Article 5 and Letter of Seeking Confirmation to the China Center for Children's Welfare and Adoption (CCCWA), which will issue the Travel Approval (TA). WOW!!!! Am I seeing this right?!?!? TWO weeks from LOA to Article 5?!?!? We got our LOA notice two days ago! We're watching for FedEx now!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your LOA! But I'm afraid you misread something in there. You need to get your i800 approval, then it is two weeks for the Article 5. This step passes fairly quickly though. You're almost there!
